Dube murder case postponed

The case against four men accused of murdering reggae star Lucky Dube was postponed in the Johannesburg Regional Court on Thursday. The three South Africans and a Mozambican will be back in court on March 26. A trial date is expected to be announced for the Johannesburg High Court then.

The case against four men accused of murdering reggae star Lucky Dube was postponed in the Johannesburg Regional Court on Thursday.

The three South Africans and a Mozambican will be back in court on March 26.

A trial date is expected to be announced for the Johannesburg High Court then.

The four men, each facing one count of murder, one of attempted hijacking and two fire-arms charges will remain behind bars until their next court appearance.

Dube was gunned down outside his brother’s house in Rosettenville, south of Johannesburg, in October last year.—Sapa
