The Delegation of the European Union, in partnership with the Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) as well as the National Treasury, is seeking proposals to strengthen the ongoing dialogues and potential emerging dialogues covered by the EU/SA Strategic Partnership Action Plan.
