APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE PROVISION OF OFFICE ACCOMMODATION

TCTA seeks to appoint a service provider to provide TCTA with A Grade office accommodation measuring 5 000 m2 for a rental period of 5 years. The successful service provider will also provide a Turnkey Project to fit out the premises according to TCTA’s requirements.
Proposals must be hand delivered at TCTA’s offices located at the address indicated below and addressed to The Receiving Officer, marked RFT No: TCTA/2011/FM/001 Technical Proposal (Envelope A) and Financial Proposal (Envelope B) on or before the closing date and time:
Compulsory briefing: 7 February 2012 at 10h00 (TCTA’s Offices).
RFT closing time and date: 16 February 2012 at 14h00.
