TRANSNET NATIONAL PORTS AUTHORITY
FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF A VIDEO CONFRERENCING SOLUTION IN NINE PORTS WHICH ALSO INCLUDES THE HEAD OFFICE IN JOHANNESBURG.

Documents can only be inspected or obtained on weekdays between 08:30 & 16:00, upon receipt of proof of payment of a non-refundable amount of R1000.00 (One Thousand Rands – including VAT), made out to TNPA Head Office at Standard Bank of S.A. No cash or cheques will be accepted. Clearly indicate “Tender Number TNPA 424” on the deposit slip as a reference.

Interested parties must note that RFP documents can only be purchased from 08h00, 15 May 2012 until 16h00 on 22 May 2012, both dates included.
The closing date for all sealed tender submissions is 10h00 on the 05 June 2012 and no late proposals will be considered. Closing address will be clearly stated on the RFP.
Preference will be given to BBBEE compliant companies in terms of our policy which is in line with the BBBEE Act.
