Celebrating service delivery

We thank the Centre for Public Service Innovation (CPSI) for giving Capitec Bank the opportunity to sponsor the Innovation Service Delivery Institutions category as part of the Public Sector Innovation Awards.

Capitec Bank is the only African brand to be recognised in the “Great Brands of Tomorrow” report, which was issued in 2010 by the renowned Swiss financial service group, Credit Suisse.

Our business model rests on three pillars: innovative use of technology, a simplified and focused product range and the identification of low-cost delivery channels.

We have invested in world-class systems and use technology innovation to provide unique banking solutions.

This has enabled us to offer paperless banking. We use fingerprint biometrics, photo identification and card access in our branches to ensure that costly back-office functions are redundant.

The result of our investment is a streamlined platform that saves our clients money.

We are continuously looking at ways to make banking more accessible and affordable.

Partnering on an initiative such as the Public Service Innovation Awards is therefore important to the future development of new products and services.

Congratulations to all the winners in their respective categories.

Your hard work, dedication and out-of-the-box thinking are helping the CPSI to improve the quality of service to our people.

We wish you the best of luck for all your future endeavours.
