It is time to take a refresher tour of the epicentre and surroundings of Constitution Hill. Saturday you can celebrate 15 years of the Constitution by visiting the Fort, Number Four and the Women’s Jail and gain understanding about  why the Constitutional Court chose this site. “We’ll explore something of the horror experienced from the time of the building of the jail in 1893,” according to the press release.
