The show is set in Folsom Prison, where “the man in black” lets rip with his trademark tunes of prison, trains, guns, love and heartache. Cash is portrayed by singer-guitarist Rob Warren, whose gruff vocals and visceral guitar playing evoke the artist with haunting accuracy. He is joined by his brother, Garth Warren, on bass and vocals, Gareth Gale on drums and Clare McIlroy as June Carter Cash.
