Figure 9 is touted as “an important, large-scale charcoal and pastel piece, which has an estimate of R1.2-million to R1.5-million”. Other works on auction include photography by veteran Drum photographer Jürgen Schadeberg, a wooden sculpture by Peter Schütz and a pop-art sculpture by Barend de Wet.
