Cape Town City Ballet presents a perennial favourite for the festive season, a traditional version of the fairy-tale ballet The Nutcracker. Daria Klimentová and Vadim Muntagirov, stars of the English National Ballet, will alternate performances with Laura Bosenberg and Thomas Thorne, and Kirstel Jensen will make her debut in the role of the Sugar Plum Fairy. The Nutcracker will be accompanied by the Cape Philharmonic Orchestra at selected performances.
