Access and Quality of Primary Health Care

The European Union Delegation to South Africa with financial assistance from the Primary Health Care Sector Policy Support Programme (PrimCare SPSP) is seeking proposals for improving Access and Quality of Primary Health Care in South Africa.

The priorities for this Call for Proposals are:

  • Support to the government’s Primary Health Care revitalisation programme, including primary health care, Maternal and Child Health, family planning, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights; and School health;
  • Support to Health Systems Strengthening and/or Human Resources for Health; and
  • Promotion and support to the Right to Health, including advocacy, health literacy and community mobilisation.
