Menzi Simelane is out of a job, now that President Jacob Zuma has decided not to challenge the Supreme Court of Appeal ruling that Simelane's appointment as the national director of public prosecutions was invalid. Zuma has named Simelane's deputy, Nomgcobo Jiba, to act as head of the National Prosecuting Authority until a replacement has been found. Read more
