Documents can only be inspected or obtained on weekdays between 08:30 & 16:00. Upon receipt of proof of payment of a non-refundable amount of R1,000.00 (one thousand Rand – including VAT), made out to TNPA Head Office at Standard Bank of S.A., a copy of the RFP will be issued. NO cash or cheques will be accepted. Clearly indicate “Tender Number TNPA 432” on the deposit slip as a reference.

Interested parties must note that RFP documents can only be purchased from 08h00, 18 June 2012 until 16h00 on 25 June 2012, both dates included.
A compulsory briefing session and site inspection will be held at 10h00 on 26 June 2012 at 30 Wellington Road, Parktown, Johannesburg. The briefing is to be
attended only by parties that have purchased RFP documents.
The closing date for all sealed RFP submissions is 10h00 on the 03 July 2012 and no late proposals will be considered. Closing address will be clearly stated on the RFP.
Preference will be given to BBBEE compliant companies in terms of our policy which is in line with the BBBEE Act.
