The Jewish Board of Deputies has filed a complaint of hate speech against Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister Fatima Hajaig with the SAHRC.
The South African Jewish Board of Deputies (SAJBD) has castigated a draft African National Congress parliamentary resolution on the Middle East, saying it could have a dangerous and unfortunate double effect. ”The SAJBD condemns the draft resolution by the ANC on the Middle East as totally one-sided,” board chairperson Michael Bagraim said on Thursday.
The South African Jewish Board of Deputies (SAJBD) has rejected as ”unjust” a government statement condemning Israeli military actions in Lebanon and Gaza. ”The SAJBD regards this statement as unjust, highly partisan and wholly unreflective of the realities of the current conflict in the Middle East,” said national chairperson Michael Bagraim.
