Ajax Cape Town are expected to name former Zimbabwean international striker Ian Gorowa as the club’s new assistant coach.
The much travelled Gorowa impressed Urban Warriors head coach Gordon Igesund during the interviews for the job two weeks ago.
Gorowa has been employed by Ajax as one of their development coaches after he was forced to retire prematurely as a player because of injuries four years ago.
”Ian is going to be my new assistant coach. He did extremely well during the interviews for the job,” said Igesund. — Sapa
