Parliament gets naughty new neighbour

A commercial destination of carnal pleasure has opened its doors opposite Parliament, News24 reported on Thursday.

It said the Model Club offers ”a full-body massage” by a naked masseuse for R300. Included is ”a happy ending”.

The new business arrived not long after MPs campaigned successfully for the closing of an Adult World sex shop opposite the houses of Parliament.

News24 said the new club advertises its services in Cape Town newspapers, mentioning five women who render services.

There is 18-year-old Ruby, the ”dominatrix”; 19-year-old Jade, the ”exotic stunner”; 18-year-old Megan, the ”voluptuous seductress”; and 25-year-old Jessica, the ”blonde babe”.

The club’s veranda is visible from the parliamentary office buildings, and bright red curtains flap in the wind through the open French doors.

The chairperson of Parliament’s home affairs committee, Patrick Chauke, said he and his committee campaigned last year to have Adult World in Plein Street closed down.

He was surprised to learn on Wednesday about the club just on the other side of the now-closed Adult World.

”We’ll definitely discuss the matter, but parliamentarians are not the only ones who must tackle the issue of this kind of licence,” Chauke said. ”Municipalities ought to pay attention to them in their regulations, too.” — Sapa
