Be a better dog: This one man play looks to raise questions around humanity by showing viewers what it may be like if existence was experienced through the eyes of a dog. Through the various domestic environments, controlled by humans, that the dog is subject to the viewer is asked to take note of the ripple effect that their actions may have. In Pursuit of Venus [Infected]: Hailed a hi-tech marvel for this century, this immersive video artwork by New Zealand based artist Lisa Reihana is a ten year labour of love. Sitting at 22.5 meters wide, lasting 64 minutes and with 1,500 digital layers made up of more than 3 trillion pixels. Details: The exhibition is on until January 20 2020 at the Norval Foundation, 4 Steenberg Road, Steenberg Estate.
