Consultancy Terms of Reference for Feasibility & Profitability Study of Establishing the Africa Psychosocial Support Institute

The Regional Psychosocial Support Initiative (REPSSI) is the leading African psychosocial support advocate and provider of expertise. It operates in 13 countries across East & Southern Africa.

REPSSI’s vision is that all girls, boys and youth enjoy psychosocial and mental wellbeing. To achieve this vision, REPSSI collaborates with governments, development partners, international organizations, and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) to implement programmes that strengthen communities` and families` competencies to better promote the mental and psychosocial wellbeing of their children and youth.

REPSSI plans to establish the Africa Psychosocial Support Institute (APSI) to deliver quality academic psychosocial support programmes, contribute to the body of evidence and generate quality, evidence-informed, contextual psychosocial support programming, intervention and training resources.

THE ASSIGNMENT

to conduct a feasibility study to explore the technical and economic viability of establishing the Africa Psychosocial Support Institute (APSI).
