Kebble was in good mood ahead of death, court told

A court heard on Friday that slain mining magnate Brett Kebble was jovial and making plans for the future on the night of his death.

The South Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg heard on Friday that slain mining magnate Brett Kebble was jovial and making plans for the future on the night of his death, the SABC reported.

Former friend and media liaison Dominic Ntsele testified that Kebble made several phone calls on the night of his death and seemed to be in a good mood afterwards, according to the broadcaster.

Ntsele, who had dinner with Kebble that night, was testifying in the trial of Glenn Agliotti for the alleged murder of Kebble. — Sapa
