Assignment: Technical Assistance - To Conduct an Organizational Review and the Redesign of the Organizational Structure for the Eastern Cape

The Office of the Premier in the Eastern Cape Province in collaboration with the GIZ is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Consulting Firm that will undertake the above-mentioned exercise.

Objective: The purpose of this exercise is to undertake an extensive Organizational Review of the Eastern Cape Department of Education, and develop a new Organizational Structure, based on the outcomes of the Review, and informed by the Department of Public Service and Administration guidelines.

Competency requirements: The service provider/s required for this exercise will be an expert in Organizational Development and Restructuring, with a specific emphasis on public
sector organizations, and must have a working knowledge and experience on public sector organizational review & restructuring, transformation as well as change management.

GIZ invites eligible and professional consulting companies with a local presence in South Africa to request the documentation to be completed from Deidre.Collins@giz.de by no later than 3 February 2012.
