M&G Hangout: Mangaung is here

One term has dominated the political discourse in South Africa for nearly a year: Mangaung.

And now the ANC's electoral conference, which will decide President Jacob Zuma's fate, is here: delegates kick off the week-long meeting in Mangaung, Free State on Sunday.

Is there any chance Zuma will lose? Who is likely to be voted in as his deputy president? And what are the most critical policy decisions up for debate?

Our politics team answer your top questions about the ANC's conference on Friday in our weekly live video.

Watch the video as it broadcasts live at noon on Friday and as a recorded version on this page and here afterwards.

Mail & Guardian online deputy editor Verashni Pillay will put your questions to Rapule Tabane and Mmanaledi Mataboge.

You can also join us during the interview to ask your question via video, using a technology similar to Skype. Sign up here if you're interested and send us your questions.
