Terms and Conditions
•Competition runs from October 4 2013 to October 31 2013
• Winner will be determined by lucky draw and will be contacted after November 8 2013
•To enter the competition you must be a South African resident and 18 years old or over at the time of entry
•If you win the competition, we will notify you by e-mail. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
• Winners must have a valid passport and must obtain their own visa for France
•Only one entry per person
•Dates for flight and accommodation are subject to availability
•All personal expenses including meals are the responsibility of the contest winner
•Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of any of the sponsors
•By entering the competition the entrants agree to receive information from the sponsors with an option to opt out
•The prize will not be transferable to another person
•No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize
•Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified

Air France terms and conditions
•Tickets must be issued by December 10 2013 and travel completed by June 30 2014
•The airport taxes will be paid courtesy of the French Embassy/French Institute in South Africa.
•Tickets are non endorsable /non re-routable/non transferable
•Tickets subject to seat availability
•There is an embargo on weekend travel and certain periods of the year
•The prize has no commercial value and may not be refunded (other than the airport taxes) or used on any other airlines other than Air France
•Open jaws not permitted
•Revalidation permitted, subject to same class availability at no additional charge
• Refund of taxes permitted
