  • Catch Unscent 2014 — Love Magic Potions, the experience that thrilled visitors at the fragrance festival Pitti Fragranze in Florence, where it was launched earlier this month. It runs alongside the South African Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 2015 Collections. Conceptualised as a multisensory voyage of seduction, the project combines fragrance, art and literature to introduce the one-off high-end love potions developed by eight of the world’s best noses, who were tasked to develop the ultimate scents of passion.   • ijusi is a project of the KZNSA’s Social Art 2014-2015 programme, supported by the National Lotteries Distribution Trust Fund. ijusi, described as design based in African experience, is a travelling exhibition curated by Professor Stephen Inggs, Josephine Higgins and Garth Walker, the designer and publisher of an experimental noncommercial magazine first published in 1995. Initiated by the Michaelis Galleries at the University of Cape Town, ijusi is recognised as one of the official World Design Capital 2014 projects.   • The Artscape Spring Drama Season celebrates its 10th anniversary and features various plays. It is part of the Artscape’s New Writing Programme, which is devoted to the professional writing and production of new South African plays and involves more than 50 unsolicited scripts a year from playwrights writing in English, Afrikaans and isiXhosa. A new leg of the programme is being introduced with the Artscape isiXhosa Classics, an annual theatrical adaptation of isiXhosa novels. WHEN Until November 29. WHERE Artscape Arena Theatre.   • Red Bull Doodle Art is a global project, which challenges student artists to use their artistic skills to create their best doodle.
