Together, Let’s Help Our Youth Get Readytowork

We have made it our priority to empower our next generation with the skills and abilities they need to excel in the workplace, or to become self-employed.

This is why we have developed ReadytoWork, an employability initiative empowering people across Africa with the skills necessary for finding and securing work.

Through a free, fully responsive online learning platform that is divided into a four-module curriculum, young people can acquire the critical skills for them to best develop their employability and entrepreneurial prospects.

By allowing young people to select their own learning pathway depending on their individual needs, they can complete the curriculum online. Individuals who want to support young people on their journey can also register to access the available learning and facilitator material.

Learn more about the ReadytoWork material, including the key skills and learning topics.
