I deeply admire my parents, who have been the foundation of my values and character. My late father, who rose above a disadvantaged background, taught me the meaning of resilience and the importance of staying committed to goals, no matter the odds. His journey continues to inspire me to push forward with purpose and integrity. My mother has been equally influential. She instilled in me the strength to remain steadfast in my beliefs and never be apologetic about my aspirations. Her clarity, conviction, and quiet determination have shaped how I show up as a leader, a professional, and a person. Their influence has grounded me in resilience, focus, and self-belief — values that continue to guide every step of my journey. I carry their legacy into the way I lead teams, mentor others, and create spaces where people are encouraged to believe in their potential and pursue it unapologetically.
