As an actuarial assistant at Sanlam Retail  Mass, Thembeka is responsible for risk modelling, pricing and supporting data-driven product decisions. Her role includes performing actuarial calculations, preparing regulatory and internal reports, and contributing to strategies that influence thousands of policyholders. She has passed three of the board exams through the Actuarial Society of South Africa and earned praise from senior actuaries, reinforcing her guiding principle: every task deserves one’s best effort.
