Sibusiso Ndlovu, 32, is a chartered accountant whose career spans some of South Africa’s most prestigious financial and property institutions. Her journey reflects a commitment to professional excellence and social upliftment. As a business development manager at Fortress  Real Estate Investments, Sibusiso has rotated through multiple departments — finance, development, logistics and retail — to gain a holistic view of the business. Her job blends strategic analysis with on-the-ground engagement. She holds multiple qualifications, including an MSc in international business administration from SOAS University of London, and she is a certified director with the Institute of Directors in South Africa. Her accomplishments include winning the 2024 IFC Women in Green Building Competition.
