Mentors

  • Nelson Mandela remains a universally respected leader whose legacy transcends borders. Most admirable is his unshakeable commitment to justice and the people of South Africa. His words still resonate: “Negotiations could only take place when real freedom was on the table, not conditional, symbolic gestures.”
  • Simon Sinek, a contemporary thought leader, offers a powerful model of purpose-driven leadership. His vision—“to build a world where the vast majority of people wake up inspired, feel safe at work, and return home fulfilled”—centres on compassion, empathy and human connection
