Throughout my career journey, I have led or supported many projects, but the D&A Value Dashboard stands out as a key milestone. This Power BI-based dashboard is used for analytics and reporting and was developed for the digital transformation executive upon joining the bank. The objective was to provide a consolidated view of the delivery pipeline, value delivered, and penetration across different areas within the bank, among other insights.

• My father, against all odds, was the first in his family to obtain a tertiary qualification. He achieved this as an adult with a family, and his determination and courage continue to encourage a drive for knowledge and education
• Champion Mtileni provided guidance and motivation throughout the school years, which played a key role in the successful completion of a degree
