Mentors

A foundational influence has been a strong maternal figure, whose resilience, humility and dedication to family instilled the importance of compassion, determination and consistency—even in challenging times. In the business realm, inspiration has been drawn from public figures such as Emma Grede, Steven Bartlett, and Leila and Alex Hormozi. Emma Grede’s boundary-breaking success and strategic leadership as a woman of colour stands out for its confidence and vision. Steven Bartlett’s candid reflections on entrepreneurship and emphasis on purpose over profit offer valuable lessons in authenticity. Leila Hormozi’s disciplined, systems-driven approach to scaling enterprises exemplifies long-term thinking and effective leadership. These figures, both personal and public, exemplify the value of discipline, service and remaining aligned with purpose—defining principles that guide leadership, innovation and ambition.
