COACHES TURN DOWN BEER

SUPERSPORT United and Kaizer Chiefs have nixed sales of beer at their BobSave soccer final on Saturday. The Premier Soccer League planned to attract crowds by selling beer at the match. Chiefs caoch Paul Dolezar worried about crowd control problems, and noted that alcohol is not allowed at football matches in Europe. SuperSport’s coach also slated the decision, again citing European rules and Confederation of African Football regulations. The PSL has put limits on the beer sales, and claims that good security measures will ensure a smooth final.
