Foreign Minister Nkosazana Zuma on Tuesday announced the appointment of three envoys to India, Ghana and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. South African’s high commissioner to Malaysia, Maite Mohale, has been posted to New Delhi, India. Dr Magang Phologane, the acting chief director for Southern Africa, has been appointed head of mission in Accra, Ghana. Sisa Ngombane, who has served as ambassador to the Ivory Coast, has been posted to Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
