Ndlela scores three for Birds

Moroka Swallows striker, Lungisani Ndlela, scored a hat-trick enabling ”The Birds” to beat Zulu Royals 4-2 in PSL game played at Rand Stadium on Saturday. Swallows lead 3-1 at half-time.

Ndlela scored his first in the opening minute and team-mate Dennis Lota doubled the score in the seventh.

Striker Jackay Ledwaba pulled one back for Royals in the 23rd minute but

Ndlela scored his second in the 43rd minute to put Swallows 3-1 up at the break.

Ledwaba scored his brace for Royals in the opening minute of the second half, but to add insult to injury Ndlela added his third in the 52nd minute.

Swallows now move from position five to four on the PSL log while Royals remain second from bottom with only 15 points and three wins. – Sapa
