Bush Bucks on Wednesday unveiled Zimbabwean Sunday Marimo as their new head coach.
However, Marimo will only start his new job on August 30. The former Zimbabwe national coach is still awaiting a work permit.
Marimo made history by guiding Zimbabwe to their first-ever appearance in the final of African Cup of Nations in Tunisia early this year.
The appointment of Marimo was confirmed by the Eastern Cape side’s communications director, Leister Phiti.
Nigel Dixon and William Mugeyi will be in charge of the of the club’s technical staff until the arrival of Marimo.
Bucks have been without a coach following the departure of Mlungisi Ngubane, the man who guided them back to the Premiership.
Ngubane has since joined Lamontville Golden Arrows as an assistant coach. — Sapa
