Durban’s most consistently innovative art gallery recently unveiled the 2011 edition of its annual Affordable Art Show.
In its ninth year now, the show has brought cutting-edge contemporary art to the public with a cornucopia of excellent work all less than the maximum sale price of R3?500. The gallery has scrupulously collected work ranging from oil paintings to ceramics, sculptures, prints, photographs and more by almost 100 artists who are either the established icons of today or the stars of tomorrow.
