David Beckham may be a fading sports megastar, hoping to top a marquee some day on the Sunset Strip. Nearing 35, Andre Agassi still has plenty of bounce in his step — and his game. Agassi rolled to a 6-4, 6-1 victory on Wednesday over Guillermo Coria in the Pacific Life Open. Andre Agassi is still able to carve out time to play for his country. Agassi, a member of three United States Davis Cup champion teams, will join Andy Roddick and the doubles team of Mike and Bob Bryan as they try to end the US’s losing streak. The US face Croatia in the opening round in Carson, with matches beginning on Friday.
