India vowed on Thursday to push forward the fragile peace process with Pakistan, as Islamabad hailed a ceasefire between the rival armies across the rugged Kashmiri borders as a ”good beginning”. Officials on both sides said that no violations of the ceasefire have been reported since it started at midnight on Tuesday.
