Agliotti-linked drugs trial moved to October

The Germiston Regional Court has postponed until October the trial of three men against whom Glenn Agliotti is expected to testify. In an appearance on Tuesday, the case was postponed for trial until October 14, 15 and 16 and October 28, 29 and 30. Stephan Paparos, his father, Dimitrio, and Stanley Poonin stand accused of dealing in hashish.

Selebi’s friend guilty of drug dealing

Glenn Agliotti, once called the ”Landlord” and an associate of police National Commissioner Jackie Selebi, on Wednesday pleaded and was found guilty of dealing in drugs. He appeared in the Germiston Regional Court for a special plea and sentencing agreement. Agliotti is also accused of the murder of mining magnate Brett Kebble.

Nassif enters into plea bargain with Scorpions

Clinton Nassif, the former security chief of the late Brett Kebble, has entered into a plea bargain with the Scorpions, the Germiston Magistrate’s Court heard on Friday. Scorpions prosecutor Gerrie Nel told magistrate James Van Wyk that Nassif had entered into the plea bargain relating to the drug dealing charges against him.

Nassif plea-bargain expected

Former security chief of the late Brett Kebble, Clinton Nassif, is expected to enter into a plea bargain agreement on Wednesday with the Scorpions after he was arrested in a drug-dealing case. Nassif was added to the list of accused in a drug case that includes Kebble murder-accused Glenn Agliotti, and four others.

Agliotti drug case postponed

The drug-dealing case against Brett Kebble murder accused Glenn Agliotti and four others has been postponed to March next year. Agliotti, Stephanos Paparas, his father Dimitrio Paparas, and Stanley Poonin appeared in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday. Clinton Ronald Nassif (39) was added to the list of accused in the case and appeared in court.
