Mathew Naidoo has been given a double life sentence by the Durban High Court for his part in the killing of his ex-girlfriend’s parents.
Mathew Naidoo, the third accused in the Lotter murder case, has maintained his innocence even after being found guilty by the Durban High Court.
Durban brother and sister Hardus and Nicolette Lotter have been convicted in the Durban High Court of murdering their parents in 2008.

The Durban High Court on Friday adjourned the civil case brought by the murder-accused Lotter siblings against the Legal Aid Board.
The murder trial involving Durban siblings Nicolette and Hardus Lotter was on Friday remanded to July in the Durban High Court.
Lotter double-murder accused Mathew Naidoo may not be out on bail much longer after the state was granted leave to appeal his bail on Friday.
Indictments were served on the Lotter double murder accused on Friday and the matter was transferred to the Durban High Court.
