Zep concert delayed after Page breaks finger

Led Zeppelin’s one-off reunion concert, originally scheduled for the end of this month, has been postponed for two weeks after guitarist Jimmy Page broke a finger, the band said on Friday. The gig, at the O2 Arena on the south bank of the River Thames in London, was originally pencilled in for November 26 but will now be held on December 10, the legendary rockers said.

Zep vow great reunion concert

British rock legends Led Zeppelin have performed only a handful of times since splitting in 1980 after the shock death of drummer John Bonham, and by their own admission each occasion was a ”shambles”. A reunion concert on November 26 offers the surviving members of one of rock music’s most and influential acts an opportunity to remind the world what they can do.

Music greats Zep set to rock again

Rock legends Led Zeppelin were set to announce a one-off comeback concert on Wednesday, nearly three decades after disbanding. The group split in 1980 after the death of drummer John Bonham and have performed only a handful of reunion gigs, last taking the stage 12 years ago at their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
