President Nelson Mandela will hold talks with visiting Zambian President Frederick Chiluba on Wednesday, his office said in Cape Town on Monday. The two leaders will have a lunch meeting in Cape Town, spokeswoman Priscilla Naidoo said.The talks are likely to centre on efforts to negotiate a peaceful solution to the conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Chiluba has played a central role in attempts to broker a peace deal to end the war in the DRC.
