UGANDA’S coffee exports declined in February when the country shipped 402710 bags of 60kg each, compared to 428020 bags exported in January, an official report said on Friday. However, the February figure is still more than that forecast by the Uganda Coffee Development Authority of 300000 bags. According to authority, the state body managing the promotion of Uganda’s coffee, the country earned $3,8-million less than January’s $38,4-million receipt, which represents a 9,4% drop.
