THERE was no evident signs of forceful penetration on the woman who has alledged that South African cricketer Makhaya Ntini raped her, the East London Regional Court heard on Friday. District surgeon Dr Errol Green told the court that he found no medical evidence of rape and, as ejaculation did not take place in the alleged assault, there was no forensic evidence that could link Ntini to the woman, he admitted. Green said, however, that he could still not rule rape out. A 22-year-old East London woman is claiming Ntini raped her in a toilet on December 2. The case was postponed until April 6 so Ntini can represent Border in the semi-final of the Standard Bank Cup against Free State.
