South Africa will not relish visiting Namibia, where they suffered a shock 3-2 first-round defeat last year, and Swaziland were rewarded for a surprise triumph over Mozambique with a home fixture against Zimbabwe. Lesotho, another minnow to upset the odds with a victory over Namibia, will enjoy home advantage over Angola in the opening quarter-final on July 4 in Maseru. Zambia and Zimbabwe received first-round byes, Lesotho, South Africa, Angola and Swaziland won, and Namibia and Mozambique sneaked in via losers playoffs.
