GUSCOTT BACK TO FACE ALL BLACKS

MERCURIAL centre Jeremy Guscott is back in the England side for Saturday’s crucial Group B clash against New Zealand at Twickenham. England coach Clive Woodward has made one change from the side that demolished Italy 67-7 last weekend, recalling Guscott in place of fellow British Lion Will Greenwood. Guscott came on as a replacement against Italy but now it is Greenwood’s turn to sit on the bench for a game that England must win to avoid a likely quarter-final appointment with world champions South Africa in Paris. Greenwood limped off nursing a hamstring injury during the Italian game, and has been receiving treatment all week. Woodward’s two changes on the bench are Greenwood for Guscott, and Northampton lock Tim Rodber, who takes the place of Leicester prop Graham Rowntree.
