INDUSTRIAL group Barlow said on Friday that it has sold to Deutsche Bank R695-million worth of its shares in technology firm Dimension Data. Earlier this week, Barlow said it had bought 3% of its own shares through a subsidiary, bringing total purchases of its own shares to 6% of share capital for a total amount of R618-million. The company has shareholder approval to buy back up to ten percent of its issued share capital during the period up tot he next annual general meeting scheduled for January 2001.
