HORAN PUTS IT ALL ON THE LINE

WARATAHS centre Tim Horan admitted on Thursday that he risks aggravating a troublesome foot injury by resuming for the Queensland Reds in Saturday night’s must-win Super 12 rugby match against the Waikato Chiefs. “You could set yourself back obviously if I hurt it again, there’s always a risk in that, but there’s a risk in everything I suppose,” he said. Horan’s midfield partner Daniel Herbert is also set to resume with the main doubt for Queensland being fullback Chris Latham due to a gashed shin received at the end of last Saturday’s loss to Canterbury. Queensland, winless from their opening three games, have set themselves a target of seven wins from their remaining eight games to make the Super 12 play-offs.
