SUPERSPORT United came a close second to Moroka Swallows in their Premier League match at the Caledonian Stadium on Wednesday night. Swallows notched up a 3-2 win after neither team could score in the first half. The pitch was far from satisfactory, being slippery and wet after heavy rain during the day. Supersport drew first blood through David Ntoane in the 69th minute, but Swallows replied with an equaliser five minutes later when Cibi scored. SuperSport went ahead again in the 82nd minute through Tauya Mrewa, but after that goal it was all Swallows as SuperSport conceded two soft goals. Thembinkosi Biyela scored first and his example was followed by Sibusiso Mazibuko who put the result beyond doubt.
