AFRICAN Wanderers found themselves on the receiving end of a 4-1 drubbing as Bush Bucks found some relief from a dogged battle with relegation at the Independence Stadium in Umtata on Wednesday. Bucks were in no mood to fool about and attacked from the word go — scoring their first goal through Wilfred Mugeyi in the 24th minute after sustained pressure. The half-time score was 1-0. In the 55th minute Wanderers equalised through S’Nothi Mthalabe, but Bucks came back to take the lead through Patrick Mayo ten minutes later. Bucks then went two-up when Vincent Skosana scored after some fine dribbling, and Peter Khoabane put the result beyond dispute when he scored from a corner-kick by William Mugeyi in the dying minutes.
