DIMENSION Data, South Africa’s biggest IT group, has bought the leading US network integration company Integrated Systems Group for $70-million. The group said the acquisition gives it instant credibility in the highly competitive New York market. The deal is effective from June and subject to certain conditions will be sealed with an immediate $35-million cash payment.
