AFRICAN leaders will meet in the Mozambican capital Maputo on Monday for another round of talks on the war in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), a spokesman for Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe said. The summit will be attended by Mozambican President Joaquim Chissano and South African President Thabo Mbeki, as well as leaders or representatives of the six nations embroiled in the two-year-old conflict. – AFP
